In the majority of cases, Comprehensive is much preferred to Speedy. Speedy is quicker, but Comprehensive is more thorough, giving you more information when deciding how to proceed. In most cases, Comprehensive is better as it provides the most information to help you make a decision.
It is also worth noting that our Rent Guarantee Insurance - obtained only upon passed comprehensive referencing - is currently unavailable in light of the Coronavirus outbreak. We're sorry for the inconvenience with this, and we're actively working with our insurance partners to make this available once more. You can contact them directly on 0113 320 7368.
In addition, if the tenant you are referencing isn't UK-based, then you will need to use the Comprehensive option, as the Speedy check can't be done for non-UK applicants.
