If you previously requested a deduction on the tenancy deposit and have now come to a different agreement with the tenant off-site, you can update this via your OpenRent account.

How to update the tenancy deposit claim
Select the relevant tenancy from your tenancies and select to view the claim details.
You can then edit the relevant claim and select update or delete as necessary.
We will then contact the tenant for you and they can accept the updated claim via their OpenRent account.
