Rent Collection is entirely optional and you can disable this at any point during your tenancy.
To do this, just head to your dashboard and chose the relevant tenancy on your Rent Now manager, scroll to the rent payments section, and select view current payment status.
On the Rent Payment History page, select "view more options". You'll then have the option to disable Rent Collection.
We will email the tenant with your bank details and advise they update their standing order.
If you change your mind, you can re-enable this at any point throughout your tenancy, and we will chase for any rent due from the time you re-enable the service.
