There are a number of reasons why a referencing report may be cancelled:
- The landlord cancels the reference
- The applicant does not start, or complete, the reference in the allotted time
- The Rent Now application is cancelled
When references are cancelled before they become chargeable, we will simply cancel and refund the report in full.
In some cases however, a reference will be cancelled after it is already chargeable.
