A 'Verified Tenant' has completed a check with us to confirm aspects of their ability to rent. More specifically, we collect information from applicants about their occupation, income, address history, and identity as part of their Verified Tenant application, and match the latter two against credit agency records and the electoral roll as well as checking for adverse credit history. We also used their declared income to determine their rental affordability.
These details can be seen on the message thread of any enquiries with the blue 'Verified Tenant' badge, which you can access using the 'Tenant Enquiries' button alongside the relevant listing here.
