The website allows for partial payments, so payments can be made separately as long as the final balance is received before move-in.
If we receive a payment that includes the entire first month's rent and a portion of the security deposit, we must receive the remainder of the final balance within 25 days.
This is a requirement that ensures we are setting up a legally compliant tenancy for landlords and tenants alike.
In the event that the remainder of the deposit is not paid within this 25 day timeframe, we will refund the tenant the excess partial deposit payment when the 25 day period expires. The tenant can then repay the deposit, in full, closer to the agreed deadline.
When paying the deposit separately, it's important to pay this either in one lump sum, or to ensure that it is fully paid within 25 days of the initial payment.
