If you need to re-list your property, you can do so at any point by finding your listing on your dashboard.
Once you have found the appropriate listing there are a few options:
Re-advertising within 3 weeks of the property being de-listed
You just need to click on the Re-Publish Now button. Please note, this is only available if your advert is less than 4 months old and within our fair usage terms. Here's an example of how this'll look:
Extending your current listing
If your original package has expired, you can Extend Advertising the same advert by purchasing a new package, as shown below:
Re-listing a property after a tenancy has taken place
If you are coming back to advertise after a tenancy has taken place, you can use the Duplicate My Listing button. Here's an example of how this'll look:
Upon clicking Duplicate My Listing, will create a copy of the original advert where you can then make changes to the details (e.g. rental amount, description, photos, etc.) before publishing.
