You are welcome to use a guarantor company to support your application, however please be aware that we are unable to reference companies.
To add them to your Rent Now application, simply go to your application page and click 'Add a Guarantor', or provide their details directly to the landlord for them to do so.
You can add a guarantor company in exactly the same way you would as if you were adding an individual; we do not have a separate process for companies.
If you are adding a guarantor company, as we cannot reference them, Rent Guarantee Insurance eligibility will be determined by the references of the tenants alone.
If required, we can reference an individual who is a company director instead - you can provide the landlord with the personal details of the individual in question if you would like to do so.
