When you provide your referee's email address and mobile number, we send them the link to provide the reference once you have submitted your referencing application form. We will also contact them daily until they provide the reference.
If they have not received our email or SMS, please advise them to check their spam/junk folder and ensure that they do not have any email filters applied that may be blocking our emails.
If they have still not received anything from us, we would advise that you check the contact details that you provided for them, which you can do here:

You can also use this link to resend the reference request email to them if required.
