This usually happens when you have an active service on your account.
You will need to decide if you want to cancel any active services before you can continue with the account deletion.
These active services could be a tenancy you haven’t marked as ended on site, a reference, or an open job from one of our suppliers.

- Cancelling a Job - You can cancel your active jobs from your account, by logging in to the website. You'd go to your 'Services' page under 'Manage' from there you can select the appropriate service.
