Once an issue is raised, we'll provide guidance on whether it is likely to be covered by your insurance policy, along with the contact details for our claims handlers. You’ll need to get in touch with them directly to make a claim and find out if your issue will be covered. Please note that OpenRent are not responsible for the handling or outcome of claims.

If your issue is not an emergency and/or not covered by your insurance policy, you can instead request a quote from our vetted supplier network to help resolve the problem. To request a quote simply press the blue “Get this fixed now!” button on the “Issue Details” page.
