After this, we will advise you the best number to contact our claims handler on. They are responsible for managing all claims and will be able to assist you 24/7 as well as advise on when the issue will be fixed. Please note that OpenRent is not responsible for handling claims or determining claim outcomes.
If your issue cannot be resolved via your insurance policy, you can instead request a quote from our vetted supplier network to help resolve the problem.
