1. Advertising Credit
This is a credit for our Ultimate Advertising package, which you can find more about here.
You can use this when publishing your property at the end of the ad-creation process.
Once you've found tenants using the credit you can choose whether to purchase our Rent Now service to set up the tenancy.
2. Rent Now Credit
Does what it says on the tin! This is a credit for using our tenancy set up service Rent Now.
This will be automatically applied once you have completed the Rent Now process and you have handed over the keys to your tenants for the move-in.
A Rent Now credit stands separate to having an Ultimate Advertising credit that lets you advertise on the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.).
If you have any of the above credits on your account you can use them at any point in the future, with no expiry!
3. Service Credit
Credits can also be for our referencing, electrical safety, EPC, gas safety, photography and inventory services.
You can use each credit by pressing the blue "use credit" button here. Pressing the information button next to the credit will outline exactly what is covered. You can also use the credit by selecting it when ordering the service here.
