Yes. Rent Now is a one-off payment per tenancy. There are no ongoing monthly payments.
Rent Now can either be pre-purchased when you list a property, or the cost of tenancy set-up will be deducted from your first month's rent.
When we transfer the rent to you we check for Rent Now credits on your account. If you have any then we redeem one of them. If you don't then we simply deduct the charge for Rent Now from the first month's rent.
