I have a free listing on OpenRent - how do I upgrade?
You can pay to upgrade your listing at any time. Purchasing our Ultimate Adverting package will get your free advert onto OnTheMarket, where millions of users search for properties every month.
Rightmove is also available as an optional portal add-on, which can be useful for properties that are hard to let. For most properties it is not needed to find a tenant.
You can upgrade to either option by going to your listing on our site and choosing the 'Upgrade Now' tab at the top of the page.
I've already purchased one of the Advertising packages, but want to upgrade to Rent Now
Rent Now and our Advertising packages are two separate services.
If you have already purchased our Advertising packages and would like to go ahead and also use Rent Now to create your tenancy, you can simply ask your tenants to head to your advert and press the green 'Rent Now' tab. Once the process is complete we will deduct the cost of Rent Now when we transfer you the first month's rent.
Rent Now and any of our Advertising packages are only available to be purchased as a bundle when first listing your property, or when upgrading from our OpenRent-only advertising option. This bundle also offers Rent Now at a reduced price.
