Change the registered user account details
The best way to do this is for the tenant to log in to the website using their old email address and change it to the new one there (this assumes they can remember their password). We strongly encourage you/them to try this first. All parties can see a step-by-step guide on how to do this here.
What if they can't remember their password?
If the tenant has lost access to their account they can follow our account recovery process here:

Alternatively, as a landlord you can issue a renewal and use the option remove the tenant whilst creating the renewal (See "Manage" -> "Remove" in the Tenant details section ). Alongside that you can use the blue "Add Tenant" button to re-add the applicant with their current contact information and then issue the renewal.
