If the property is in need of repairs, you should contact your landlord as soon as possible to arrange this.
If the tenancy was set up through OpenRent you can report them to the landlord using the issue reporting tool:
- Under the ‘Manage’ tab in your menu select ‘My Tenancies’
- Select the tenancy then ‘Report Issue’
- You can then report any issues to the landlord
After you've reported an issue, we'll notify your landlord and you'll be able to track it's progress via the Issue Dashboard.

When you set up a tenancy through OpenRent it is a private agreement between the landlord and tenant. Since OpenRent is not legally involved, we are unfortunately not able to intervene in the tenancy itself.
