Once you have completed the application process through Rent Now, the tenancy agreement is a private agreement between you and the landlord. The landlord is almost always going to be your initial point of contact. If you have any questions or issues during the tenancy then they will be best placed to help resolve these.
Can you help me if I have issues with the property and the landlord doesn't solve them?
OpenRent doesn't currently manage any properties, so most of our landlords manage properties themselves. If you are looking to raise common issues to do with the repair of the property, its furnishings, neighbours, etc., then you the best thing to do is get in touch with your landlord, as they are the one who will be able to resolve your issue.
We'd recommend getting in touch with your local council about the guidelines your landlord should be operating within. Your local authority will describe how long a landlord should take to repair your issue depending on the category your repair falls within, as well as describing the conditions of each category.
This Government advice page will help direct you to your local authority and how to report repairs when they aren't done:

If there are problems you cannot resolve with your landlord, the best people to advise are Shelter who provide extensive advice on a range of problems that can arise.
You can also reach out to Citizen's Advice who are trained in any kind of tenancy issue and can provide legitimate advice on your next steps.
