Don't worry - it's really easy to end a tenancy on OpenRent once it has come to a close.
This is done by navigating to your Rent Now Manager and locating the tenancy. You can then choose from the below end of tenancy options:
As the tenancy is a private agreement between the landlord and the tenant, the correct notice still needs to be served to the tenant directly. Marking the tenancy end on OpenRent is purely administrative.

If you are using our rent collection feature, once you have marked the tenancy as ending/ended, the pro rata rent will automatically be calculated and the tenants wont be chased beyond the end date.
